2011 年から 2015 年にかけてカターニャ、ターラント、カステッジョをはじめ、イタリアの 20以上の都市・街・村を訪れ、その場所、そこに居る人々と共鳴した瞬間を撮り続けてきました。静かに語りかける美しい風景、生き生きとした生活の営みを物語る人々が写し出されたプリントを展示・販売いたします。

From 2011 until 2015 he visited more than 20 locations including Catania, Taranto, and Casteggio. Hideyo Fukuda’s intent was to capture each site’s unique atmosphere. Through serene landscapes and intimate portraits Hideyo Fukuda leads his audience on a journey through a lesser-known Italy.
福田 秀世 プロフィール
福岡県生まれ。日本大学芸術学部・写真学科卒業。同年、イワモトケンチ監督作品映画「菊池」で撮影を行い、
1991年度ベルリン映画祭フォーラム部門「ウォルフガンク・シュタウテ賞」を受賞。2009年「Studio BRICK」をオープン。広告、雑誌、CDジャケットなど幅広い分野で活動。現在（株）リンクスに所属。
Hideyo Fukuda is a Tokyo-based fashion and advertising photographer. He was born in Fukuoka, Japan, and graduated from Nihon University College of Art, Department of Photography. In 1991, Kikuchi (cinematography by Hideyo, director by Kenchi Iwamoto) won the Wolfgang Staudte Award at The Berlin International Film Festival. In 2009, Hideyo opened Studio BRICK. He currently belongs to Linx CO., LTD.
